1. LEGAL:

 

ISLOCORP PERU S.A.C. is fully responsible for the content of the page, sale, delivery, warranty and exchange of the products offered. Prices are shown in Nuevos Soles for purchases inside Peru and U.S. dollars or Bolivares Fuertes for those who buy from abroad or Venezuela as appropriate.

All orders may be made via the online shop or writing. An order is not final until accepted by ISLOCORP PERU SAC

 

2. PURCHASE POLICY:

 

Through our online store suplimed-uniforms.com orders are accepted 24 hours, 365 days a year, orders will be treated according to existing stock in the warehouse. We fulfill orders nationally and internationally.

 

 

1. POLICIES FOR SHIPMENTS / DELIVERIES:

 

Suplimed-uniforms.com uses shipping agents such as FEDEX, SERPOST PERU, MRW, CRUZ DEL SUR CARGO depending on the destination of your product.

Time of release: Under normal circumstances, the order is processed and shipped within 48 hours of request. Regular delivery time depends on the carrier, if local generally 2 days and 5-8 days if international. No order is processed during weekends or holidays. Customers who make their payment by check or bank deposits, will process your order once confirmed availability with the bank.

Shipping: If the order has been processed and there is no availability or quantities desired, we will proceed to carry out a request with the available at time and the remainder is passed to a back order.

Back Orders: Not happen frequently, but may cause delay in the shipment. A back order occurs when the model, size or color of your order is not in stock. The time of a back order is in between 2-3 weeks. Customers do not pay for backorder shipments under normal circumstances.

 

Shipping Cost: Depends on factors such as city or country of destination, weight / volume of shipment, mode of release (express, priority, second class, etc). suplimed-uniforms.com only acts as collector for the value of the shipment service and applies no extra charge for this. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

To provide the best service possible, you can cancel your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you may not cancel the order.

3. EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICIES:

 

In case the product you purchased is not of your liking and / or there is a mistake in the selected size or color at time of purchase, this may be returned only if it has its original tags, no signs of use and purchase invoice.
All the changes are "carry in" the customer assumes the cost of sending the product to the company offices.
Once the product is in the premises of the company, we will proceed to the following:

 

a) Change of size / color (according to availability)

The payment will be done at the moment of receiving your order. There will be a surcharge depending on the delivery zone for using this payment method.
